Most standard awards and engraving orders ship within 7–10 business days after artwork approval. Rush options are available—just let us know your deadline, and we’ll treat it like our own.
Yes! We proudly ship nationwide. Local clients can also pick up their orders from our Cary, NC showroom.
We typically use UPS Ground for standard deliveries, but expedited shipping is available upon request. Bulk orders can be delivered directly to your event location. We also frequently handle drop shipments for our clients direct to the recipients.
Absolutely. Once your order ships, we’ll send tracking information so you can follow it all the way to your door.
We understand deadlines. Give us a call, and we’ll do everything we can to make your timeline work. It all depends on orders that are in production and may incur additional priority charges, but your needs are priority to us.
We don’t do cookie-cutter. From laser engraving to UV printing, sandblasting and embroidery, everything we create is made in-house to match your brand, purpose, and budget. If you can dream it, we can make it.

We produce metal and plastic signage for warehouses, equipment, and buildings. Mounting options include adhesive, magnetic, or drilled holes.
Yes. FiveStar holds a Federal Firearms License (FFL), allowing us to legally engrave and personalize firearms for individuals or manufacturers.
We regularly work with clients in medical, pharmaceutical, hospitality, manufacturing, aerospace, and automotive industries—as well as artists, designers, associations, and entrepreneurs.
Simply call, email, or stop by our Cary showroom. We’ll discuss your goals, timeline, and budget, then help you choose the best materials and techniques.
We prefer vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf), but we can work with most formats and help clean up your logo if needed.
Always! We send digital proofs for approval so you know exactly what you’re getting before we begin. The exception to this rule is for small plates or existing repeat orders where a layout is established. But we always send you an acknowledgment to proof the text prior.
Yes, a 50% deposit is typically required to start custom work, with the balance due upon pickup or shipment. If we are ordering pieces specifically for your order, we prefer to receive payment up front.
